The room of upleveled category offers 30 to 32 sq.m with one bedroom,allocatedsitting zone and dressing room with a bath. Almost all suites in the modern building have panoramic bathrooms.

The bedroom with one queen-size bed and additional fold-out couch is intended for more comfortable and long-lasting accommodation (up to 3 to 4 persons).

These lodgings are found in the modern section where windows open mostly on the town square.
